Every unit is tested by a computerized machine before final packaging. Additionally, all starters pass a “10,000 Starting Cycle Test, and all alternators pass a “1,000 Hour Durability Test”. Two Year Limited Warranty
NSA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale to the retail purchaser for a period of Two Years. If the unit fails during the covered period it will be replaced … no charge … upon receipt of the failed unit. Shipping charges and labor costs are not covered. The Warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. It excludes failures caused by abuse, accidental or collision damage, fire and improper application or installation.

Road Side Assistance - ARS
All NSA Starters and Alternators include a Two Year Roadside Assistance Card. If you experience a starter or alternator problem within the Warranty period just call a TOLL FREE number listed on the card and help is on the way. You will be reimbursed by Auto Road Services, Inc. within 45 Days of the claim. The dollar limit is $60 in US and $90 in Canada per event. (Limit of three claims per year)
