They include the Manifold and Flange Gaskets and any special hardware pieces required for the installation (clips, springs, etc.) Some installation kits also include heat shields. If they are pictured with the manifold they come with it. Competitive brands require you to purchase these parts separately at an extra cost of up to $45.
