NOTE: This made in the U.S.A. charger has a genuine heavy-duty (copper wound) high-output transformer for fast charging completely discharged batteries. It is one of the few remaining 6 AND 12 volt battery chargers available anywhere. It’s like the one your Dad had for thirty years. It is built like a tank (weighs 18 lbs.) and will last a long, long time. However, it is not an “automatic” charger and should not be left connected to a battery once it’s fully charged.
